Pack the Product
Securely place the item in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts that were included in the initial shipment.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the package from your doorstep.
Inspection and Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
